It is my pleasure to welcome you to NetJets Aviation, Inc., and the NetJets Association of Shared Aircraft Pilots (NJASAP). The Mentor Program is specifically designed to ease the transition from your previous employer to your new NetJets career.  Thusly, each new hire will be assigned an individual mentor, who is a seasoned NetJets line pilot and Union volunteer.

Mentors can answer the many questions you are certain to have, including what to pack for a seven-day tour to where to show up for work to how to contact the NJASAP Travel Committee.  Additionally, your mentor can steer you in the right direction should you require assistance from a particular NetJets department or your Union. And speaking of NJASAP, Union membership and working in accordance with a collective bargaining agreement (CBA) or contract will be a new experience for many of you. Should you have any questions about the Association and the contract, please do not hesitate to seek out your mentor, to send an e-mail to mentor@njasap.com, and to peruse the Union web site.
