Mission Statement
The Joint Uniform Committee is a cooperative effort between NJASAP and NetJets Aviation, Inc., as part of the Labor/Management Relationship Program. The Committee works to enhance crewmember quality of life and to improve and promote a consistent, professional image to our owners, coworkers and the general public while keeping uniform costs reasonable. |

Protect the interests of the pilot group as it applies to uniform issues. |

Assist crewmembers in working through uniform-related issues with NJA and the uniform vendor(s). |

Oversee compliance with Collective Bargaining Agreement Section 9: Uniforms. |

Resolve any alleged non-compliance with the Flight Operations Manual (FOM) as it relates to uniform
wear policy.Advise the NJASAP Executive Board on all uniform-related matters |

Communicating with the Committee |
The NJASAP Uniform Committee’s goal is to provide the best possible assistance with uniform-specific issues. Therefore, please do not hesitate to contact the committee with questions or concerns. An e-mail link to the committee is provided below.
All NJA crewmembers are encouraged to contact the Uniform Committee should any of the following events occur:
Contentious Issues ... Please bring any contentious issue or correspondence with a uniform vendor(s) to the committee’s attention.
Expectations Are Not Met ... If reasonable expectations of uniform quality or customer service are not being met by our vendor(s), please provide specific details about these issues to the Uniform Committee.
Uniform Policy Compliance ... If a respectful and private discussion with a fellow crewmember does not result in his or her compliance with FOM Uniform Policy, please bring the issue to the committee’s attention.
What Not to Do ... Do not contact the company with any perceived uniform policy violations by your fellow crewmembers; rather, bring the issue to the committee’s attention. |
